This retreat is an INITIATION into the Tantrik truths

indescribable by words, but can only be known through the embodied experience .

You will receive the fundamental teachings

that will form you as a Tantrik Yogin -the practitioner of the Yoga of Life .

This is a TRAINING to be-come the embodied expression of the essential teachings of Yoga,

from the tradition of Kashmir Shivaism.

Teaching is not a mere repetition of informations

but a lived expression of your most intimate relationship with the Mystery.

Once these tantrik realisations find home in your being,

your whole life becomes a teaching . 

The emphasis of the YOGIN is not on the “ultimate” one-time experience,
but rests in the well-lived life of the fully embodied,

sensuous human being that maintains lucid awareness

while fully immersed into the experiences of our chaotic Lives.

The depth, the intensity, and its unbearable beauty. 

This is the essence of enlightenment .

This is the tantrik stance/posture (asāna) towards life : Bhairavīmudra 

- Knowing Reality and the World,

as an erotic experience that emanate from a central still point,

 the Erotic Heart of Shiva .

The Tantrik Yogin Retreat will offer you an opportunity to know and practice Bhairavīmudra

through the still depth of KAMA*YOGA (Traditional Tantra Yoga)

and the effervescent expression of BLISSDANCE.
The combination of these practices will support your journey

of knowing the sensuality of life that radiates  

from luminous awareness . 

Classical Tantra is at the core of all yoga traditions.

It will root you in an understanding of yoga,

that goes beyond the fashionable gym-ification of this practice.

Here you will embody the traditional understanding of Yoga as the Asāna of Reality.  

If you are a yoga teacher already , an actor, a dancer ,

an intimate coach or a sexuality practitioner,

you will learn to become intimate with the present moment

and spontaneously dance its offerings.
