1 Dec: FRIDAY evening: 7pm to 9pm
Stretching the mind and educating the body
An introduction to the Tantrik approach to sex and pleasure as spiritual practice, followed by a BlissDance session.
This evening is compulsory for the couples attending the weekend retreat, but can be attended as a drop in for curious seekers.

2 Dec: SATURDAY Morning 10:30-13:00 / afternoon 15:00- 18:30
‘LINGAM PUJA’ - demo, discussion and practice
‘Puja’ is a ceremony of Devotion.
‘Lingam’ is the Sanskrit word for male genitals.
It translate as ‘Wand of Light‘.
It is a sacred instrument of the Divine that inseminate the World with
unwavering presence and luminous awareness.
This initiatory Ceremony is dedicated to the Heart of Man,
that expresses itself through the Lingam and penetrate the world with its passion and desire.
The Lingam is a sacred channel between the invisible (the heart of the Mystery) and the visible ( the world of Reality).
After the lunch break the participants will have an opportunity to ask questions and then to practice on each others.

3 Dec: SUNDAY Morning 10:30-13:00 / afternoon 15:00- 18:30
‘YONI PUJA’ - demo, discussion and practice
‘Yoni‘ is the Sanskrit word for Vagina. It translate as “Source“
The source of life, the source of love, the source of the mystery teachings.
Your Yoni has the power to birth your heart desires into manifestation.
If you want to know the secrets of Life, you have to bow to the Yoni.
This initiatory Ceremony is dedicated to the Heart of WOMAN, that expresses itself through the YONI and opens to the world with the passion of her desire. The Yoni is the sacred altar at the entrance of the Temple of Love. The labia are the curtains that reveals the expression of the invisible (the heart of the Mystery) into the visible (the world of Reality).
After the lunch break the participants will have an opportunity to ask questions and then to practice on each others.
>> Valentina will introduce the practices in the morning sessions, and will demo the Puja - witnessing this ritual is in itself an initiation into Tantrik Sexuality. She will teach you some techniques, but more important she will teach you about inner presence, devotion and intention.
***Please bare in mind that we will mover organically as a group and the timing for the breaks and ending might vary slightly. If possible you are invited to avoid social commitments in the evenings, and allow the work to move you in the deep places that might require rest and intimacy with yourself as a couple ***
